For the first couple of nights I tried to use the device, it wasn't working well for me, so much that I thought it couldn't improve that much to make it work for me. It has worked for me. At first, my tongue felt odd and a bit tingly in the morning, but that stopped after a week or so. I keep it very clean each day by soaking in denture cleaner and I make sure I pay loads of attention to my oral hygiene. Sometimes my tongue slips out, but as the tongue has muscle memory, it stays forward until I wake and reposition it. I sleep much better these days as I'm not so paranoid that I will snore.

So grateful there is such a product available. Seriously a miracle for those who suffer the miseries of snoring! Thank you! There are other devices out there that stopped my snoring but not without discomfort able side effects of sore jaw and loose teeth along with loss of effectiveness with use. GMSS is a blessing!

I've tried a TON of different solutions and this one is so unique and was the best for me. I understand that different snore solutions work for different people but this is one you should not pass up without a diligent try!
