It works great for me. No more CPap machine. It does fall out once in awhile but I just put it back in and go back to sleep. I get a better sleep not having to fight with the CPap machine hose and mouth gear. I highly recommend it!

The device worked as described and made an immediate impact. My snoring was minimal and I was allowed back into the bedroom! It does take time to get used to but after awhile you get acclimated. I also don't wake up in the middle of the night wanting water because the device makes you breath through your nose. Only downside is if you get a cold you can't use it especially if your nose is clogged. I would recommend to friends and I actually have.

I've been using GMSS for about 6 months now. It took me some time to get used to it as it felt kind of weird - unnatural - at first. Very quickly however, I noticed I was sleeping so much more soundly, and that was proof enough to keep with it. The trick is to just relax and put only as much suction pressure as you need on your tongue. I can't use a mouth guard style apparatus as I have some dental implants. I also didn't qualify for a CPAP machine during my sleep study since I didn't stop breathing "enough" to qualify under... read more

For the first couple of nights I tried to use the device, it wasn't working well for me, so much that I thought it couldn't improve that much to make it work for me. However, I hung in and found it was my fault, for the most part. I was really trying to follow the instructions for putting the device in the mouth far too precisely. I found that if I relaxed and used my tongue as a guide only to place in in the center, behind my lips, applied suction it became suddenly, it became instantaneously far more comfortable. My tongue... read more

Works well for snoring. Only issue is long term use (more than a year) may cause gum disease symptoms. Stopped using it for a couple of weeks, back to normal.
