Excellent product, sometimes the best inventions are simple, this one fits well in this category. All the others I've tried work by holding your bottom jaw out, the pressure they put on my teeth is uncomfortable, even after months of use, never really got "used to it". Since buying my first Good Morning Snore solution I have since purchased 2 more. After the initial discomfort of acclimating to wearing the device I now find it difficult to sleep without it. It has helped me to sleep better and awaken refreshed in the morning, not to mention my husband. I believe it may help some individuals with similar issues.
This is the most amazing product!! I recommend it for anyone and everyone who snores. For me it even stopped sleep apnea. I tell everyone about it, including my doctors. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and had tried all types of devices (chin straps, dental devices, etc) before going to an apnea mask which gave me ear aches. It was just intolerable. It really works but it took almost a month for my gums to get used to it.
First and foremost this product works for me but may not work for everyone. You need to know what causes your snoring. The best way to tell if this will work for you is to lay on your back, relax and try to breathe through your nose. If you make a snoring sound try sticking your tongue through your front teeth. Hold your tongue in place with your teeth and try the breathing again. If your snoring stops or is significantly reduced then this product will probably work for you. Great product. Takes a couple weeks to adjust to it but once you do it works well and hardly notice it. Downside is the clear color.
My husband and I both use them and love them. Had no problem adjusting to it after two tries.
