It took a month to stop hurting and has been really good since. I have been told my snoring is a lot better and has improved by about 80 percent. I just find the suction doesn't seem to last all night now and sometimes I dribble.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea over a year ago, and have steeped with a face mask tethered between it and a breathing machine with poor results. Found Good Morning Snore Solution reduced my snoring sufficiently so that I no longer disturbed my wife. The bedding-in period was not difficult, with only a small tingling in my tongue each morning. I had reason to stop using it after a couple of months and to my surprise my wife reported that my snoring was still at an acceptable level. I am checking with her every so often and if/when it reaches nuisance levels again I will use Snore Solution again. It is almost as if Snore Solution has re-trained my breathing.

My boyfriend is able to sleep with me again instead of on the couch, since I'm no longer snoring thanks to your wonderful product. It's amazing!

This little device has greatly improved my sleep habits, not only my tendency to snore (which my wife has pointed out on numerous occasion) but my mouth-breathing as well.
