Found Good Morning Snore Solution reduced my snoring sufficiently so that I no longer disturbed my wife. The bedding-in period was not difficult, with only a small tingling in my tongue each morning. I had reason to stop using it after a couple of months and to my surprise my wife reported that my snoring was still at an acceptable level. I am checking with her every so often and if/when it reaches nuisance levels again I will use Snore Solution again. It is almost as if Snore Solution has re-trained my breathing.

This little device has greatly improved my sleep habits, not only my tendency to snore (which my wife has pointed out on numerous occasion) but my mouth-breathing as well.
