I purchased 2 after reading the reviews. I experienced discomfort the first night and did not want to use it again. A few days later I tried it again. It was better and better. I found I did not have to place my tongue in the position on the instructions for it to work perfectly for me. I do not wake up at all and it has become comfortable; in fact the thought of sleeping without it is not an option. I found another additional use! A tube of teeth whitener works excellent with this item!

Good Morning Snore Solution worked from the first night. My wife said that my snoring essentially stopped and she noticed that I did not have episodes where I seemed to wake myself up. I noticed that I seemed to sleep more soundly and was less tired during the day. I am on my second Good Morning snore Solution

I have been using my mouth piece for about a month, and to my surprise it is working. It has taken about a month to use it comfortably for the entire night. I am currently using it for 6-7 hours nightly. The constant headaches and frequent trips to urinate every night have let up considerably, thank you!
