Such a brilliant invention! I wear it every night. My dentist was impressed with the simplicity of the Good Morning Snore Solution and confirmed that it is perfectly safe to wear all night. I gave one to my son for his TMJ. The trick, for me, is to relax my tongue and my jaw so the device has room to rest comfortably. Don't delay getting one for the person who keeps you awake!
Your product has allowed me to sleep better through the nigh and has virtually eliminited my snoring. The reduction in snoring has really made my wife's ability to sleep much more enjoyable. The product is easy to use and clean. Wearing the product is not bad, minor discomfort is greatly overshadowed by advantages.
Saved my relationship!
It was recommended that I use a CPAP which I adamently refused to do. At first when I started using your device, it felt very strange and unusual, but after about a month I'm comfortable with it. It does exactly what you said it would do. It stops the snoring. The only complaint I have is the cost. A simple molded piece of silicon is a very inexpensive piece of equipment. Very easy to get used to Stopped my snoring the first night (I think my husband loves it more than me). Very easy to get used to. Took it to my dentist to get his opinion (I wanted to be sure it would not compromise the enamel on my teeth) and he not only said it would be fine, he took the information to pass on to other patients who ask about snoring.
Works most of the time. I had to trim it as it dug into my lower gums a bit. I alternate between this and another device as I see. to get used to them after a couple of weeks. Also noticed that sometimes I bite down on my tongue as your tongue is pulled through your front teeth. Overall this is the best device I own but it does have some downsides as every device does. I much prefer this to the devices that pull your jaw forward as they cause a bit of pain in my jaw and teeth. I have used cheaper devices and very expensive ... read more
