I ordered the adult size but had to exchange it for the youth size because it was too large. The customer service was wonderful in helping me with this. However, the device doesn't stay in place throught the night. Although I'm able to get sufficient suction and fall asleep (which took some practice but I got it) the mouthpiece eventually becomes loose and doesn't stay in place. It took a little getting used to, but it has helped me not to snore. I still have a problem keeping it in place, or even in my mouth all night, but my wife has loved it. Many nights she has not heard me snoring at all. I’ve recommended it to others.

Your product works good. It sometimes will come loose in the night but easily reattaches. Overall I am satisfied with it.

I purchased this because I was I had a 8 hour flight to Italy and didn’t want to keep the other passengers awake with my snoring. When I first tried it on I really didn’t think I would adjust to it because it felt so strange having your tongue protruding. I forced myself to use it and I’m so glad I did...I love it now! Such a great alternative for me to a CPAP machine, or a dental appliance, both of which I've tried. Easy to use, easy to travel with, so simple in design!

It took some getting used to but I was prepared for that. After about 4 weeks, I’ve got the hang of the device. According to my husband, I don’t snore at all when I use it!
