This has worked like a charm. Yes, it takes a few nights to get used to, but my snoring stopped. Period. Stopped.

I purchased this because I was I had a 8 hour flight to Italy and didn’t want to keep the other passengers awake with my snoring. When I first tried it on I really didn’t think I would adjust to it because it felt so strange having your tongue protruding. I forced myself to use it and I’m so glad I did...I love it now! My husband laughs because I call it my pacifier! I did trim down the size very slightly. I can confidently say that it has stopped my snoring. Such a great alternative for me to a CPAP machine, or a dental appliance, both of which I've tried. Easy to use, easy to travel with, so simple in design!

It took some getting used to but I was prepared for that. After about 4 weeks, I’ve got the hang of the device. According to my husband, I don’t snore at all when I use it!

I’ve been using this apparatus for more than 15 years. That means I have enjoyed many years of being snore free. It takes a little practise to get use to but it is so worth it. Love my Snore free nights!

Good fit and price. The device isn't as stable as the other one I had but it's also half the price.

The mouthpiece was comfortable and did not make my jaw hurt like others I have tried. But, on the fourth night, it fell out of my mouth while I was asleep and when I woke up in the morning, I discovered that my dog had found it and used it as a chew toy. That was the end of it....

It took a while to get used to the device but now it is just a normal part of my sleep routine. I love it that I don't snore any more. I can even go on weekends away with others without the fear of waking people at night
