The customer service was great. I ordered the adult size, and it was much to large for me. I contacted them by email and they were happy to send out the youth size. This was also a bit too large, so I trimmed it, maybe too much. The concept is very good, in that it keeps your tongue in place. The edges had to be cut because they were digging into gums and couldn't wear it for very long. Because of trimming it, the suction does hold, but not as well as it would have if I'd left it alone. It works for sleeping in a chair but not lying down in bed. It falls out at night and keeps me awake.

This is the second device I have purchased. It is too big for my mouth and constantly falls out while I am asleep.

To be fair I just want to state that anything I write that is negative is due to the severity of my apnea. This product is really a unique approach and is very helpful. Holds the tongue gently but firmly away from the back of the throat. Takes getting used to just like the other devices but how convicted a person is to help the problem will work one through it. Very soft. Problems I have are: tongue pulling out occasionally and device between lips and gums can rub. I believe those are only due to how much pull my issue has o... read more

for the cost of the appliance it is a great alternative to sleepless nights. It took me a few weeks to get used to using the snore guard , but makes it worth persevering , my partner also sees a difference as he can actually sleep now that i am quieter.

This small device has made sleeping easier for my husband. It does work for me, unless I have a cold. I drool a lot but I just place a small towel on my pillow. It irritated my lower gums a little bit but I'm used to it now. I showed it to my dentist; she cautioned me to keep it clean because it's a little petri dish for bacteria. I rinse it with soapy water every morning. So far, so good!

After six weeks: 1. It took me only a few days to get used to wearing this to sleep, with little/none of the problems most other folks have. After about a week, as I fall asleep I forget it's in my mouth. The only intermittent problem is that sometimes it falls out of my mouth while I'm asleep, but that's only happened two or three times.
