It took me awhile to get used to the feel of it against my gums, but it has definitely reduced - and almost eliminated - my snoring.

The good news is that it works. The bad news for me anyway, was that the gum soreness with it has been and remains substantial despite >1 month of use. In particular I have found that the edges of the device really feel like they are cutting into my gums. I also experienced and continue to experience the feeling that my teeth and jaw are not lining up correctly in the morning though that seems to go away after a while. This works pretty well. It took me a good few weeks to get used to using it. Initially, my gums were quite sore where the guard was rubbing. I trimmed it a little and this has helped. My only criticism is that it does fall out of my mouth sometimes so my snoring starts again. My husband says there has been a noticeable decline in my snoring overall which is a result for both of us. As anti-snoring devices goes, this is pretty effective.

It definitely significantly decreases my snoring. I did not find it uncomfortable or very difficult to use, but there are times when I take it out while asleep. It cannot be used with blocked nasal passages. I have noticed creases on my tongue and under my chin appearing. I will continue to use it for the duration of its lifespan, but then I will probably try something else.

I thought this seemed like a great idea to stop my snoring, but after using for a month, I find that I have some allergy to the material, and get bumps on my tongue. I also have a small mouth and would have to “reinsert” the device a few times in the night. So sadly it did not work for me.

The customer service was great. I ordered the adult size, and it was much to large for me. I contacted them by email and they were happy to send out the youth size. This was also a bit too large, so I trimmed it, maybe too much. The concept is very good, in that it keeps your tongue in place. The edges had to be cut because they were digging into gums and couldn't wear it for very long. Because of trimming it, the suction does hold, but not as well as it would have if I'd left it alone. It works for sleeping in a chair but not lying down in bed. It falls out at night and keeps me awake.

This is the second device I have purchased. It is too big for my mouth and constantly falls out while I am asleep.
