I was able to acclimate to the device quickly, Very effective at preventing snoring and I am better rested as a result.

It's taken a little get used to but it really works. I'm sleeping much better now and don't wake up several times per night with a dry mouth and throat from snoring and/or deep breathing with my mouth open. I highly recommend it.
Have had the device for a week and a half.Previously I had a pure sleep device. my jaws were starting to bother me after a couple of years so I tried this one. I like it better but had to leave it out last night because of a blister on my gums. Any suggestions for the soreness. I can usually put up with discomfort but my mouth is really sore.

I got the smaller one for young adults that fits me better than the first one I bought. The first one was uncomfortable but this smaller one is much more tolerable. My only complaint is that it keeps falling out during the night. I want to replace the use of a c-pap machine and hope this will work out for me. How can I keep in for the entire night?

The mouthpiece is relatively comfortable and does prevent snoring. Occasionally I will wake up and it will have lost suction on my tongue sometime during the night. Otherwise, it appears to be doing as it was designed. I would recommend this product to others.

Everyone's tongue is just a bit different and can suction a bit differently with the mouthpiece. What you may want to try is a small dab of Olive Oil inside the bulb of the mouthpiece to help increase the suction as the thick viscosity of the Olive Oil should help to provide a better seal between tongue and mouthpiece. Really liked this product and especially loved the customer service. My original device was too big and so I sent some questions as to how to better fit the device in my mouth. They sent me a new smaller young adult version free of charge. The smaller one was just what I needed. The only thing I have a hard time with is keeping it on my tongue all night long. Wish the bulb that your tongue goes into was a little bit deeper to keep my tongue secure better but all in all I like this product.
It took several weeks for my mouth to adjust to the mouthpiece with some discomfort. After the 2 weeks everything worked well. I have been using for 2+ years. It replaced a CPAP Machine. Much more comfortable and easy to travel with.

Takes a little getting used to, but it has really reduced my snoring, and now I find it strange to go to sleep without it. No jaw pain or loose feeling teeth in the morning or anything like that. It’s simple, easy on the mouth, and for me it has made a difference. If you’re on the fence, give it a try, and if you do, keep at it for awhile. If your experience is like mine, it will pay off.
