I have tried other anti snoring including Zyppah which proves to be an incredibly painful solution. Good Morning Snore works without causing any pain or harm to my teeth or jaw. My husband certainly appreciates the results too.

Great solution so far. I have used ZQuiet for a while which was pretty good but goodmorningsnoresolution easily beats it in terms of comfort. Now I don't snore even if I drink (alcohol) before bed. The only con to this particular device is that your teeth are going to rest on your tongue for the duration of the sleep which is something to get used to. Would be great if the company came up with small plastic bridge to soften the pressure.

I have been using the device a couple of years now, I have tried other mandibular adjustment devices and this is a lot more comfortable. It is strange at first and there can be issues with excess saliva, and I find I cannot wear it if I have a really bad nasal congestion but overall I am very pleased I gave this device a go and I sleep right through now and so does my family.

I have this device for about a month now, and I am still having trouble keeping it in my mouth at night. Even if it stays in my mouth, I have lost suction and my tongue is no longer in the bulb. It does eliminate my snoring while it’s in position. I’ve read tips on how to get it to work better, but just can’t seem to find the solution for me.

I just wanted to be sure you are following our cleaning procedures, so your not compromising the integrity/shape of the product. You could also try a dab of Olive Oil inside of the bulb before you insert your tongue to help increase the seal of the mouthpiece as suggested on the FAQ tab. Seems to work but often I find my tongue doesn’t stay put and it causes me to drool. Otherwise it’s comfortable after getting used to it.

It works well but only on my side. On my back. It fails.

I have just placed an order for snore guard number 3. The first two were myself and a friend, the third one is for my son. This product is fantastic! I'm so happy to find something that works so well for such a price. My previous guard Silent Nite was effective but it became discolored and was difficult to keep clean and odor free. This product eliminates those issues and it is also easier to care for and transport. Thank you so much for this product! It works really well to stop snoring 95% of the time. The other 5% the snoring is much quieter than usual. It's comfortable and easy to wear all night long. You do get excessive saliva so it's a good idea to have a small towel or face cloth near your pillow.
