I use the device regularly but find that my tongue doesn’t remain in the proper opening. However it does keep my mouth closed and forces me to nose breathe which prevents snoring. I am scheduled for another sleep test in March using the device.

This item does not change jaw alignment , it is not bulky or attached to anything, it is easy to use and very comfortable. My wife is now spending the night in our bed where for a long time she slept in another bedroom with the doors closed. I am very pleased with it.

The product works somewhat, if your tongue can stay in the "pocket" all night it works pretty good, but some snoring still occured, just not as much. If the device comes out, which it does a good bit, your back to square one.

It does take time to get used to the sensation of having end of tongue suctioned inside device. And I often wake up with it disengaged no matter how secure it feels when I go to sleep. Also, it was too large a frame and was cutting into top and bottom of my gums. So I trimmed the upper and lower edges which was a mistake also, because now it cuts because of the sharp edges. If the youth size is the same sized suction cup with just smaller frame, that might solve my problems, but the suction cup is smaller too, I don't think ... read more

I ordered the adult size but had to exchange it for the youth size because it was too large. The customer service was wonderful in helping me with this. However, the device doesn't stay in place throught the night. Although I'm able to get sufficient suction and fall asleep (which took some practice but I got it) the mouthpiece eventually becomes loose and doesn't stay in place.
