The product works well to reduce or eliminate my snoring. The biggest challenge I have is the fact that I often spit it out sometime during the night so my snoring resumes.

Very effective product, allows me to have more satisfying sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. Should be less expensive, though, so that I could provide some to friends and family.

I was keeping my spouse up at night with my snoring so I decided to give this product a try. After a week or so of adjusting to the mouthpiece I am extremely pleased to say we are both sleeping better. I highly recommend to anyone.

I use the device regularly but find that my tongue doesn’t remain in the proper opening. However it does keep my mouth closed and forces me to nose breathe which prevents snoring. I am scheduled for another sleep test in March using the device.

This item does not change jaw alignment , it is not bulky or attached to anything, it is easy to use and very comfortable. My wife is now spending the night in our bed where for a long time she slept in another bedroom with the doors closed. I am very pleased with it.

The product works somewhat, if your tongue can stay in the "pocket" all night it works pretty good, but some snoring still occured, just not as much. If the device comes out, which it does a good bit, your back to square one.
