It I took about 2-3 weeks to get use to the device, and I'm still adjusting, but my wife says I do not snore when I use the device. I am pleased for several reasons. First, it does not affect my jaws. It simply keeps my tounge moved forward, which opens up my airway. Second, the cost is reasonable. I went to a dentist for a personalized mouth piece that would adjust my jaw, which would cost $700! Even at that price, they could not guarantee that it would work. I was diagnosed with mild apnea. I tried the CPAP, however I kept swallowing air throughout the night and it gave me an awful stomach ache. I invested in this after reading reviews and I've used it now nearly a month. It has reduced my snoring by 85% at minimum!!

I've been on CPAP therapy for years - and hated every minute of it - hate all the prep and having to be tethered to that machine. My sleep specialist seemed not too sure about my using something else, so I've tried to still use CPAP some, but never manage to keep it going all night. It's just an ordeal. GMSS is a godsend. I really had no problem with swallowing with the GMSS in place. Worked great from the start. My plan is to always have couple in reserve.

Stopped snoring, I had a previous device made at dentist office, which greatly decreased the snoring, but it still occurred at times. Some nights I have had slight irritation of lower gum area. I am trying to resolve that at this time,because the product is effective.
