Mouth guard not covered by insurance but the much more expensive CPAP machine is. I have a very mild sleep apnea and I basically need my tongue not relaxed so much during sleep. This product was bought as a substitute for the $3000 mouthguard to see if it works because I absolutely hate my CPAP machine. IT WORKS! I sleep better, no snoring , and I feel so much better. I told my doctor about this product but she is quite skeptical and didn't really accept its usefulness. Too bad. Some people can achieve some relief from snori... read more

Have been unable to use device as it creates a new problem that is worse than the issue it is intended to correct. I have tried to no avail to get in contact with someone at the company, but there has been no response.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my husband and don't want to say anything negative about the other "device" we used for 1 1/2 yrs, but in the end, it no longer proved effective. It was too easy to "sabotage." Not only did he use the other method by itself, but also took an allergy pill before bedtime, put a Breathe-Rite strip over his nose and used a homeopathic throat spray! He did everything possible but after 15 months...it was no longer working. So, in light of this very bad, discouraging and depressing news, I ... read more

Good Morning customer care team I have been using your snore mouth piece for awhile now, my problem s that I have problems keeping it in place once I go to sleep, every night it will fall out of my mouth.I tried every method that was suggested, What can I do, I have dentures tried with them in and out still no luck. Hi Peter, I'm sorry your having this issue. Everyone's tongue is just a bit different and can suction a bit differently with the mouthpiece. What you my want to try is a small dab of Olive Oil inside the bulb of the device to help increase the suction. The thick viscosity of the Olive Oil should help to provide a better seal between tongue and mouthpiece. You could also try to move the outer edges of the device inside of the teeth and gums so the tongue is not extended as far and does not pull so much on the mouthpiece well ... read more
