As I've got older my snoring has got worse. The main sufferer of this has been my wife. I've tried various solutions, that mostly involved sticking something over or in my nose, but none worked. When I looked at this device I initially baulked at the price, but it was a different approach so thought I'd give it a try. This product has stopped my snoring. Would only like it more if it were designed to stay inside your mouth, not sticking out.

I've been informed that it has stopped my snoring but if your nose is blocked i.e. a head cold or sinus problems you then can't breathe !
