It took less than a week to become used to it. I find that my tongue is not in the pouch whenever I awake and the bottom flange lies inside my teeth; the top flange remains outside my top teeth and the pouch between my lips. My wife reports that I do NOT snore anymore. Breathing through my nose has been fine.

From the first night my husband starting using this, I have been able to sleep "snore free", except for one or two times when it either comes out of his mouth or isn't properly in place. Thank you for helping me to be able to have a good night's sleep again. It was like trying to fall asleep with someone scraping their fingernails across a blackboard before. Now all I hear is nothing. :)

Foolishly left for a month long trip w only one GMSS device. Somehow it was left behind at some hotel much to our dismay!! I contacted company and rep promptly responded and mailed me replacement within three days. Three days that were hard on my throat - the mouth breathing took its toll in just a few days, besides my husband's sleep disruption. I now will always travel w back up devices. As a caveat, I have not had one upper respiratory infection since using this solution.

I have sent the product back, as my young adult daughter's mouth was to small to insert the product.I sent it back and have yet to receive my refund as promised; therefore I am unable to address your questions.

This device pulls your tongue out between your front teeth. When I lay on my side or stomach, I put pressure on my jaw, which closes my teeth on my tongue. I wake up with a sore tongue. The device needs a guard to keep my teeth from biting my tongue. It didn't stop me from snoring, so I plan to return it

I used to wake up with a headache , a dry mouth and throat and that '' didn't sleep enough '' feeling . After a few nights wearing that ''piece of engeneering '' i breath freely and i sleep a lot better !
