I ordered my first two snore solution over two years ago. I just ordered two more. This is one snore solution that WORKS! I've recommended it to several friends and relatives who are now also users and believers in this device. Yes, it took me a couple weeks to get used to going to sleep with something in my mouth. The company prevents the posting of negative reviews unless one first agrees to leave a positive review. So this immediately brings to mind deception. I called the customer support line four times yet no ones answers even though I call during their supposed work hours. I'm not sure I'd buy from a company that can't even afford to answer their phone. And I agree with others here that paying $99 for $2 worth of material is overpaying to the point of foolishness.

Product does work effectively. Only thing I do not like is a Canadian company charging in US dollars.....and also charging $30 US for shipping on top of it.
It works when I don't spit it out in my sleep!
