The device has definitely decreased my snoring. I still find even with the device I snore some if on my back. I snore very little if on my side. I find despite my best effort the mouthpiece will come off a few times per night. I am feeling better during the day, not nearly as fatigued so something is working.

I really like it. I feel as a retiree and a Vietnam Veteran it’s a little pricey but it really does work. My partner Gert says it’s a miracle and tells me, Gus i won’t have to take you to the woodshed and give you a whooping and make you sleep here. Thanks again for your product. Gus

I have been using GMSS for about a month now with 80% satisfaction. I started with another very popular mouth guard which was VERY uncomfortable and actually caused my bite to shift!! Changing to this was easier than if I had started here. It does help snoring and that’s the goal. It causes some less than pleasant drooling and tends to need to be adjusted a little more than I hoped. I am spending fewer nights on the sofa, so that’s progress. My advice here is to be patient.

The good morning snore solution has been such a great option for my snoring. I have a sleep apnea machine which is cumbersome and did not resolve my sleep issues. IT WORKS!! I found it comfortable from night one and it has been almost unnoticed while sleeping. My wife is extremely pleased. I only got one with the initial purchase and now I do not want any chance of being without one so I need to get another one for back up.

This simple device had a huge positive impact on my snoring. I wake up refreshed and my dry mouth symptoms went away.

Seems to help with snoring, however, the device rubs my upper gums and that has been very uncomfortable. Have continued to wear about 1/2 a night each night but gums still are raw and not used to device.
