If you're reluctant to try this product, first simply download a snore app (Snore Lab is great) and record for a few nights, then record while using the GMSS. I was appalled the first time I listened to my results w/o the retainer & insisted it was somebody else on the recording. I just wanted to let you know that I LOVE my mouthpiece. I found out only a few weeks ago from my boyfriend that I snore, loudly. I had NO idea! I felt so bad for keeping him awake. This device seems to work inconsistently because it either falls out of my mouth during sleep or simply feels too uncomfortable. The drooling side effect isn't very pleasant either. I will say that on the days it does stay in place it seems to help so I am not really sure I can give it a great rating at the moment.
