My wife says she can't hear me snoring when I use these appliances. It makes her happy so I will keep using them. I sleep just fine and only stop wearing them if I have a head cold.

According to SnoreLab, I was snoring between 50-60% of the time and about 1/3 was loud. Using this appliance, I snore between 15-25% of the time and it is mostly light. The results haven’t been consistent in terms of how much or how loudly I snore but it is an improvement. The biggest drawback is that you must breathe through your nose.
