According to SnoreLab, I was snoring between 50-60% of the time and about 1/3 was loud. Using this appliance, I snore between 15-25% of the time and it is mostly light. The results haven’t been consistent in terms of how much or how loudly I snore but it is an improvement. The biggest drawback is that you must breathe through your nose. You can’t use this if you Have a cold with congestion and/or coughing. I previously used a mouthguard but that hurt my jaw. This device is such a clever innovation and it has been awesome. Works so well, for me, I only needed about a week to get used to the device and I was sleeping sound again and feeling rested and happy!

This is product is an investment, but it is worth it. I started snoring quite loudly several month ago to the point that my husband resorted to using his iPad to play movies with ear buds while he slept, in order to drown out my snoring. Some nights he would leave our bedroom and go to another room to sleep so he could get a goodnight's rest.
