First - it really works! Secondly, it does not seem to alter my tooth alignment during the night. And it is flexible and comfortable (once you get used to the silly protruding tongue)

My wife says she can't hear me snoring when I use these appliances. It makes her happy so I will keep using them. I sleep just fine and only stop wearing them if I have a head cold.

So Far So Good!! Using it for 10 Days but mostly on Vacation!! Will know better when I return home!! Seem to be having a better sleep and my wife says my snoring sounds have been greatly diminished!! THANKS!!

According to SnoreLab, I was snoring between 50-60% of the time and about 1/3 was loud. Using this appliance, I snore between 15-25% of the time and it is mostly light. The results haven’t been consistent in terms of how much or how loudly I snore but it is an improvement. The biggest drawback is that you must breathe through your nose. You can’t use this if you Have a cold with congestion and/or coughing. I previously used a mouthguard but that hurt my jaw.
