I read about this product on a website that reviewed all snoring control devices. I bought this product after using another type for several years. The other type advances your jaw and keeps it that way by tightly holding the lower teeth slightly forward compared to the upper teeth. This product, on the other hand, works by pulling your tongue forward, using suction to hold it into a small cavity in a rubbery device that sits in front of your gums. First - it really works! Secondly, it does not seem to alter my tooth alignment during the night. And it is flexible and comfortable (once you get used to the silly protruding tongue)

My wife says she can't hear me snoring when I use these appliances. It makes her happy so I will keep using them. I sleep just fine and only stop wearing them if I have a head cold.

So Far So Good!! Using it for 10 Days but mostly on Vacation!! Will know better when I return home!! Seem to be having a better sleep and my wife says my snoring sounds have been greatly diminished!! THANKS!!
