Even though the Good Morning Snore Solution did not work for me, I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. When I had difficulty with the device working properly, I emailed the Customer care team with questions (a few times), and received very prompt and very courteous replies each time. They tried to give me some suggestions to make the device work better for me, but unfortunately, after trying every night for 7 weeks, I reluctantly decided to return it. This product has helped, for the most part, but is still limited when the mouth opens at night. A chin strap just may be the missing piece of the puzzle. My wife has appreciated the relief from the snoring for sure.
