It works better than the mouth inserts on your teeth
Even though the Good Morning Snore Solution did not work for me, I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. When I had difficulty with the device working properly, I emailed the Customer care team with questions (a few times), and received very prompt and very courteous replies each time. They tried to give me some suggestions to make the device work better for me, but unfortunately, after trying every night for 7 weeks, I reluctantly decided to return it. I've always had an easy time ordering from your company. The product is excellent and has made a big difference in terms of sleep quality
This product has helped, for the most part, but is still limited when the mouth opens at night. A chin strap just may be the missing piece of the puzzle. My wife has appreciated the relief from the snoring for sure.

I have used it a couple of weeks and think it gives me a sounder sleep - I don't wake up as many times. My husband says I still snore some, but I think it's because my tongue slips out of the little pocket.
When you think about the cost and invasiveness of machines like a CPAP and other mouthpiece snoring solutions that push your jaw forward and cause soreness in your jaw in the morning, this really is a better solution. If you use it as designed and don't cause too high of a vacuum on your tongue, it won't be sore in the morning. You just have to find that sweet spot of pressure that keeps the tongue in, but doesn't make it too tight. This product has improved my sleep, hands down.
