Without a doubt you have to get adjusted to the post suction irritation but after a week or two it's pretty much a non issue. My wife said more snoring drastically reduced. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the loudest I would fluctuate between 8-10 before using this product and after, according to my wife (the reason behind the purchase) 0-3. Sadly I average 4-5 hours a night (I know I need to do better) and I can honestly say I feel at least 10-15% more rested in the same time frame after using the device. Only drawback is droing
I've been snoring all my life and I needed to put it to rest after I got married and grew a little bit older. I went through several solutions all to no avail and I wanted to do everything I could to prevent surgery or sleeping mechanisms. Found out about this, tried it (with a week or two of patience and practice) and voila! Snoring stopped! It truly is amazing how effective it is for me. I recommend it to everyone.
