The device is working well but still getting used to it. I had some trouble initially with ulcers where it was rubbing but this has settled down now, also I do have some trouble keeping it in as I am tummy sleeper so either I remove it or it falls out. BUT, I have a happy hubby..... So for him it is a 5 for me it is a 4.
I just started using the GMSS a couple weeks ago. I too get the sore tongue (the lower back portion) that others mention. But for the most part the snoring has appeared to stop! Once in awhile my wife notices some snoring and it always seems to happen when I am on my back. It is a slight bit strange to feel this device in the mouth, but for the benefits I am getting, I would say it is worth it.
