I thought the order went great but when you received my return you could have shot me an email to see what I wanted to do instead of waiting for me to lose patience

Thank you very much for your prompt response. You're suggestions were thoughtful. One was helpful, olive oil, but I am not certain of its effectiveness, more time needed. The second suggestion overlooked my primary reason for trying this device, sleep apnea. I need my tongue out of the way while sleeping, hence the need to use the bubble. Do you have any further suggestions to keeping my tongue within the bubble?

For your tongue becoming dislodged, you could try to move the outer edges of the device inside of the teeth and gums so the tongue bulb does not try to pull so much on the tongue (hence, dislodging it). The folks at good morning snore solution were exceptional. I had delivery issues on my end which were in no way their issue, but they went out of their way to help get the product into my hands. I couldn't have asked for better service.

John was patient and knowledgeable and really did seem to want to help me. I just wish that I could “fix” the problem I’m having that my tongue slips out of the device several times during the night, and I wake myself up with snoring. I’m sleeping better than before GMSS, but I’d love to sleep through the night! John offered me a new device, which is wonderful, but if anyone out there has an idea of what’s going on, I’d love to hear it….I did try olive oil, by the way….Thank you!
