pretty simple really, it works!
I am a mouth breather. I had tried CPAP and other devices over the years determined that I could make each device work. Not even with constant adjustments and my long persistence did they come close to solving the major snoring and apnea problem. I tried every guard on the market and returned them all with minimal to no results. Now I can't sleep with our my Good Morning Snore guard. Not only do I not snore at night, I sleep so much better. I sleep sound and through the night. Try it! You will be happy you did!
I've been using a CPAP machine for over twenty years. A few years ago I spent over $2,000 to have a mouth guard made by my dentist not covered by insurance. I didn't think my husband and I would ever be able to share a bedroom again because his snoring was so horrendous. This mouthpiece is a miracle! From the first night he tried it the silence was utterly blissful. Yes, when he doesn't get it in quite right he starts "snuffling" but it is nothing like it was.
