I didn't think my husband and I would ever be able to share a bedroom again because his snoring was so horrendous. This mouthpiece is a miracle! From the first night he tried it the silence was utterly blissful. Yes, when he doesn't get it in quite right he starts "snuffling" but it is nothing like it was. When it is in correctly it is truly wonderful. Thank you.

I have being using the device for about three months most nights 80% or more the mouthpiece comes out during the night...not sure what I can do to keep it from coming out during the night please advise

Hi Mike, I'm sorry your having this issue, but we're happy you like the mouthpiece overall. Everyone's tongue is just a bit different and can suction a bit differently with the mouthpiece. What you my want to try is a small dab of Olive Oil inside the bulb of the device to help increase the suction. The thick viscosity of the Olive Oil should help to provide a better seal between tongue and mouthpiece.
