Just wanted to say how responsive the customer service was at GMSS. They worked with me every step of the way trying to figure out my apnea issues. Unfortunately since Iam a "Jaw Dropper", the device was not a fix for me and I returned it and received a prompt refund. Still more unfortunately, this was my last straw before having to go to a CPAP machine which is what I am on now and works flawlessly. Thanks GMSS for trying anyway!
I had an issue with the device that was shipped to me. Customer care was excellent. Free replacement device shipped straight away. Great service. As others have said takes a bit of getting used to but is a much better solution than other mandibular advancement devices I've used.
I had one question and it was answered quickly and solved my issue.
This is a super product! It takes a few days to become used to it but it's so worth it! It works & does just what is supposed to do! I love it & would recommend it to anyone who snores! Thanks!!

According to my husband the gadget works but I find it annoying to wear. Hard to get to sleep wearing it and O so expensive especially in New Zealand.
