Works well. Minor tongue discomfort. Occationally comes loose. However it is effective and does not cause long trem pain in jaw and teeth like others. Also seems to be holding up well.
You were very helpful and supportive working with me to get this to work. I tried everything to no avail. When I finally gave up you quickly directed me to return and my refund was prompt. Thank you for being an upstanding company.
While the Snore solution didn't work for me, the Customer Service team was very helpful and understanding. I was able to get a refund and continue my search for help.
I bought the gmss, and although this unit did not work out for me I found this company excellent to deal with. When I required information about how best to use the product, their replies were always prompt and when I decided to return the product there was no argument about me returning it. Not the most suitable product for me but an excellent company to deal with, with superior customer service. I would recommend this company based on their customer service.

Although this was not my snoring solution, the customer service was great. The return was quickly and professionally handled.
We are amazed and excited by how well this works! We've had them for about a week. Only issues have been some rubbing on my lower gums and having it fall out while sleeping occassionally (both of which I attribute to my overbite). Even with that, quality of sleep has dramatically improved, and I wake up much more rested than I ever believed possible, so I will find a way to make it work! Thank you so much for your product. I'm already telling my friends and family.
