It didn't take me but a day to get used to this. But all went well and I can sleep without snoring. No more breathing through my mouth and waking up. Easy to use and easy to clean and store. Great product.

This appliance works. This is the second set my husband has had...makes a great difference in the amount of noise he generates while sleeping!

I was very skeptical to try this device as I have tried many snore products (strips, sprays, Mouth pieces). The only thing left was to try this tongue retention device. The first night it worked great, tip of tongue was a little sore the next day but not horrible. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who snores.

From the first night I used my Snore Solution, my husband hasn't had to wake me to "change my sleeping position." In fact, the first night, he had to make sure I was still breathing because I was so quiet. It takes a few weeks to get your mouth used to the product, but it's worth it. Thank you Good Morning Snore Solution.

I love it and it worked. I did have to cut it down because it was to big for my month.
