From the first night I used my Snore Solution, my husband hasn't had to wake me to "change my sleeping position." In fact, the first night, he had to make sure I was still breathing because I was so quiet. It takes a few weeks to get your mouth used to the product, but it's worth it. I have been using the Good Morning Snore Solution for over 2 years. It is very helpful and does not move my teeth or have any negative effects. I highly recommend it to anyone who has snoring issues. It takes a while to get used to it, but it is worth it!
