I have been using the Good Morning Snore Solution for over 2 years. It is very helpful and does not move my teeth or have any negative effects. I highly recommend it to anyone who has snoring issues. It takes a while to get used to it, but it is worth it!

It works well. It reduced my snoring and resolved the minor sleep apnea. I wish they can make the wing heat moldable. Also, I notice that it discolours after a few months of using it.

Definitely has reduced my snoring but the shape of the appliance cut into my gums. Had to trim it back.

A little uncomfortable at first however it did help my snoring issue significantly! My partner told me in the morning that she definitely did not hear me snore as much when I used it for the first time. She got a better nights sleep too which was great. Definitely recommend trying this product.

It took a few weeks for my gums to get used to the mouthpiece, but that has passed. Occasionally, my tongue will fall out of the mouthpiece when I am laying on my back. I normally don't sleep on my back. Otherwise, it has completely stopped my snoring (as reported by my wife) and I find that I sleep better.
