It helps a lot - worth a try. Issues include it falling out of mouth or tongue losing suction in device (even though device still in mouth)

Business response:

I see that the mouthpiece works, but we can improve a few things. If you would email us at info@goodmorningsnoresolution.com, I think I have some suggestions that can improve this. Kindly, John, CSM.

Noticed longer times of deep sleep based on fitness tracker. That's a good sign. Less waking at night too. However, at some point during the night/early morning hours, the piece falls out. Doesn't come out if placed behind front teeth, but that feels a little uncomfortable.

It took three weeks to get used to the device - but the snoring stopped right away. My gums and tongue were quite sore for three weeks after use, but then I got used to it. I'm pleased to say that I've pretty well stopped snoring.

Business response:

Terrific that your snoring is resolved, and thank you for persisting. It does get easier and feel better as time goes on!:). Have a great day. Kind Regards, Customer Service.

I will admit that it takes a little time to get used to the device, but it does work for sure. If you have a cold and are congested you won't be able to use it since you would then need to breathe from your mouth. However, on a normal night the device is very comfortable and has certainly cut down my snoring. It works even better when combined with either a nasal strip or one of those nasal inserts to keep the air flowing nicely through your nose. The only slight issue I had was getting used to my teeth resting on my tongue ... read more

I was a Good Morning Snore Solution user when the mouthpiece was clear and there was no case. The look of the blue color and and the inclusion of a case are a great improvement
