It took me about 2 wks to get used to it, but I believe it is making a difference. For the first time in a long time, I am waking up refreshed. I haven't had this much energy for a long time. My body feels so different in a great way. It is encouraging. Took a couple of nights to get the tongue pressure right, but I go to sleep without knowing it is in place. Swallowing is not a problem. I just don't like the saliva that collects in the tongue area. It is only a drop or two, but not a big too do.

It did stop my snoring, but having a "soother" in my mouth is hard to get use to. During the night I would wake up, to go pee and I had to find it before going back to sleep. I don't like the "Idea" of having to need an aperatist for the rest of my life.

TI have tried many other products, most were too large for my small size mouth, or my jaw was sore when I woke up the next morning, and one even moved my bottom teeth! This was the best solution I have found and I can still wear my night guard on my upper teeth. I am definitely getting a better night sleep, and my husband is very happy too - no more nudging me to roll over!

I would recommend the GMSS to friends and have shown it to my dentist and hygienist who both were impressed. I've also forwarded website info to several friends with snoring problems. My only recommendation is to make the material softer like the material on a baby's pacifier. My bottom gum ridge hurts terribly and this problem could easily be fixed with the change in material.

The snore solution is awesome my wife tells me. I am so grateful that it is working. I am getting used to it. It hurt the end of my tongue for a bit. But like it says on the website "don't give up".

First because it just seemed too simple and second I had tried products that you use in your mouth to prevent snoring and all I got from those was a sore mouth and an restless nights sleep. I had watched videos and read up on this product prior to buying just to see what others had to say and mostly all I saw as far as complaints was sore gums and a lot of saliva issues. I've been using this device for several weeks and love it. Had a cold for several days and could not use it. It bothered my gums in a couple places so I put pieces of a cotton ball under it rich helped. I am apnec and my breathing can be interrupted as well as snoring, my husband said I haven't since using this. Takes awhile to get used to buy for me it worked. Glad I found this device!

OK, now I do! I spent the better part of a week, getting used to having my tongue stuck in the pacifier end of this appliance. That, and my gums were sore from rubbing the wings of this device. Then, there’s having your tongue stuck firmly between your teeth for the whole night. However, even with all of that, I’m sleeping better.
