This little piece of plastic has made such a difference in my quality of sleep. My snoring has been greatly reduced. I wish it was not so expensive but it is worth it. When this one wears out I will be ordering again

After trying multiple jaw displacement devices and other uncomfortable and ineffective units, I am happy to say I am now on my third GMSS unit after four years. I even purchased them for my father and brother and recommended them to a friend. I panic when I misplace it while travelling but I always bring a backup! It took a while to get used to but now I can't sleep without it. You notice right away when you don't have it in and begin to snore. Thank god I decided to give these a try!

Tongue does slip out frequently which is bothersome. Concept is good but I wonder if small holes in the surrounding flat areas to allow airflow would be helpful. I find swallowing creates suction that can pull the tongue out of the bubble constraint.

I'm on my 3rd one of these gizmos. I like the new blue colour. I would not consider sleeping without it.. My apnea is down to an occasional whisper. I no longer wake up with a roaring headache and foggy brain. I am determined to fend off the CPAP machine at all costs. I only wish the gizmo (what to call it?) didn't cost quite so much. I am always recommending it to friends who snore or sleep with snorers. Rock on, Snore Solutions!

I am a heavy snorer (compared to my husband) and I would wake my husband up several times a night, this mouth guard has actually decreased my snoring to only some times per week and at a manageable decibel. He wakes up in a better mood and gets more restful sleep now. I have to admit i was a skeptic at first, your tongue has to get use to having something attached to it.
