I'm on my 3rd one of these gizmos. I like the new blue colour. I would not consider sleeping without it.. My apnea is down to an occasional whisper. I no longer wake up with a roaring headache and foggy brain. I am determined to fend off the CPAP machine at all costs. I only wish the gizmo (what to call it?) didn't cost quite so much. I am always recommending it to friends who snore or sleep with snorers. Rock on, Snore Solutions!

I am a heavy snorer (compared to my husband) and I would wake my husband up several times a night, this mouth guard has actually decreased my snoring to only some times per week and at a manageable decibel. He wakes up in a better mood and gets more restful sleep now. I have to admit i was a skeptic at first, your tongue has to get use to having something attached to it.
