Both my husband and I have tried other methods, from hard mouth guards to essential oils. Nothing worked. This isn't 100%, but we can both sleep at night now! I had no trouble adjusting, my husband had some drooling issues, but they disappeared after awhile. Would highly recommend giving it a try. I have recommended it to many friends and family.

I have some bone structures below my lower teeth protruding from my gums. One "bump" is quite prominent. The rubber device tends to hit that bump just right causing me discomfort. I have considered notching out the one edge to surround this bump, but may completely degrade the affect of the device for the pulling my tongue into the pouch. We were very skeptical that this simple plastic device would stop my snoring, but it has as long as I am wearing it. I've had it for a few weeks and it takes awhile to get used to the feel. I have tora (bony growth of my gums), so this rubs against them making it a little uncomfortable, but would imagine for most people this isn't an issue. Sometimes, the device loses its suction and I don't realize it until my husband wakes me up telling me I am snoring. My wife loves me again!! :joy: Seriously, this little gadget is the best! It takes some getting use to but it WORKS!! Excellent invention! I didn't know how much snoring takes away from a good nights rest. I definitely wake up more refreshed than before! :ok_hand::type_4::thumbsup::type_4:

This product definitely works- the suction cup that pulls your tongue forward is effective. I had to trim the flange that sits between my teeth and lips to improve comfort (quite easy to do). Occasionally through the night I will find that my tongue has slipped out of the suction cup and I have to re-initiate the suction- no big deal. I'm continuing to get more comfortable sleeping with it but for the first week or so I didn't snore because I was awake! Now I'm sleeping more easily with it in my mouth.
