The agent responded the same day that I sent my message! The agent offered a couple ideas that I think will help me.
Unfortunately the product not for me, but the company has been understanding, so would suggest others to try the device.
The device works great to stop snoring but unable to connect to the company to ask questions. Made my mouth very sore
I am still using my first purchase 9 months later and feel I shall have use of it for another 9 months. It took a few weeks to really get use to it and then I found that by using it I have had my relief from excessive dry mouth, my husband does not need to wear his ear plugs, I do not get woken with my own “noises. I am very happy to have found and used this product. Would recommend it to anyone.

I have mild sleep apnea and have been using Good Morning Snore Solution for approximately 4 years. I love this devise because I no longer wait up gasping for air and because I now longer wake up with a dry mouth.

I like the combo pack....very compact......it took me awhile to get on board using it every night.....but I am finding it is really helping with my sleep....thank you for making something so easy to use and effective....:thumbsup:

Though it's still a little ucomfortable after three weeks and I sometimes pull my tongue out of the vacuum when asleep, it's the first and only solution that actually have stopped my snoring. I've monitored this with an app and from feedback from my now very happy wife.
I am very happy with my device. However after 3 weeks use...there are cracks forming at the suction part of the device. This is already my 3rd device. The other two previous devices already have a HOLE in the suction part. I hope this 3rd device does not also break at the SUCTION part.
