This product definitely works- the suction cup that pulls your tongue forward is effective. I had to trim the flange that sits between my teeth and lips to improve comfort (quite easy to do). Occasionally through the night I will find that my tongue has slipped out of the suction cup and I have to re-initiate the suction- no big deal. I'm continuing to get more comfortable sleeping with it but for the first week or so I didn't snore because I was awake! Now I'm sleeping more easily with it in my mouth.

I have some bone structures below my lower teeth protruding from my gums. One "bump" is quite prominent. The rubber device tends to hit that bump just right causing me discomfort. I have considered notching out the one edge to surround this bump, but may completely degrade the affect of the device for the pulling my tongue into the pouch. However, the device does work surprisingly, if I don't get lazy and take it out during the night. I've tried numerous devices to overcome many years of snoring, but the Snore Solution has been by far the most effective. My wife agrees with this assessment 100%. It took a few weeks to adjust to it when I first started using it, but patience paid off.
