Splendid experience! We have been residents for last 7 months and will gladly recommend “Grand at Polaris” to anybody looking for a place in Lewis Center area. Highly Recommend! Grand at Polaris is an amazing place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home! There are a ton of amenities here that cover a wide range of interests. Superior customer service and well-maintained property! Meredith provided a comprehensive tour of the property and made me feel instantly comfortable. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The floor plans are spacious and the attached garage feature is a definite bonus. The club house is gorgeous, and the pool, gym, and other amenities a top-notch. The Grand at Polaris is an excellent option!

Amazing property with prompt service We've been a renter here for 2.5 years and would recommend this property to anyone looking! The property managers on site are always super friendly and helpful. The Maintenance team, led by Ben, usually was able to come to our unit the same day we put our request. While most people tend to keep to themselves, I did make friends with some neighbors and we all helped each other out during quarantine. Best place to live! Grand at Polaris is a place I fell in love at first sight when I was apartment hunting 2.5 years ago. This place is very clean, stylish and well kept with everything you need from free coffee, beautiful pool, a movie theater, to a dog park to accommodate animal lovers. A great place to live! Emily and Whitney are very helpful and welcoming! They were accommodating when it came to moving in and they’ve been readily available to answer any questions that I have had. The maintenance guy is nice and is very efficient - he’s in and out in no time at all. The inside of the apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, and well-lit.
