The Grand is a DREAM! My husband, pup, and I have lived here over a year and absolutely LOVE it here. We moved from NYC and are astounded by how wonderful our experience has been- the entire complex is a dream! The staff (both past and present) are wonderful and attentive. Love It Here! I really love my apt at The Grand. Its a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it has a deck. Its quiet and Brittni made it so easy for me. All my paperwork was done before I moved in. The keys and welcome gifts were ready. Its a great complex.
A very comfortable feel to this community. I recently toured the Grand as I'm looking to relocate to the Columbus area. A priority of mine is finding a community that I can enjoy year round. Grand has a nice community room & workout facility. I liked the fact that there is a sidewalk that goes around the interior of the complex, which would be great for walks, close to home, after work. Great Place to Live. I moved into Grand at Polaris about a little over a month now from out of state. I love the apartment because it is centrally located within almost everything; the mall, groceries stores of choice, and wonderful dinning. The apartment complex is really quiet and clean. The staff, Kathlyn and Brittni are wonderful. Their welcoming smiles at the office is always something to look forward to anytime you visit. They have been very helpful in situating me.
Great place to live!!!!!! My husband & I loved living here, the staff here at The Grand are amazing and are always willing to help. Britain & Kaylin are in the office and are always willing to answer any questions you may have, and Duke the maintenance man and is a great at his job!!!
Internship Coming to the area for an internship, I looked at different places for my apartment. Grand at Polaris was by far my top choice. I leased on the spot! The clubhouse was awesome, they have a heated pool and 24 hours Starbucks. The office staff made it easy for me and even received a discount for working for CHASE.
Grand at Polaris I have lived here over a year and love it! The town-homes have fire walls between them which helps immensely with the sounds. The property is well maintained even in the winter months. The roads and side walks are kept cleared/salted. They have complementary rock salt for tenants as well. Beware the month to month switch Great place to live for the first year, however, only month to month option is available following the first year. Per the lease, rent could technically be increased with each month from then on so long as there is a 30 day notice provided. When signing the lease, this information is certainly not highlighted- in fact, the benefit of "no rent increase after the first year" and the "benefit" of going month to month was emphasized. Just moved in...Love it! I just moved in from out of state and I love my new apartment...I have a dog and this is a very PET friendly complex. The grounds are immaculate and the staff has been wonderful! Especially Carly...she helped me with setting up everything and all of the details with insurance, cable/Internet set up, deposits, etc. The apartment is very spacious (2 bedroom flat) and lots of extra storage in the garage. I made an excellent choice!
