Amazing Place to Stay We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay while our home was being built, from the friendly faces at the office to the endless amenities on site. The neighbors are kind and the grounds are well maintained. We had one service call and the response time was exceptional! This was truly a wonderful experience for us. Thank you for providing a home for our family of 4 and our two Golden Retrievers , (Buddy and Lucy) and Sylvester our kitty.

Great and one of the best places to live I have lived here for an year and I just loved it. The community management in the office are friendly and very helpful. Maintenance is excellent and outstanding. Had no issues during my stay here. Its a must place to liveif you're looking for a nice and quiet community.

Great place to live, HVAC doesn't heat entire apartment I moved in 6 months ago, and I've loved it here! Wonderful neighborhood, very helpful Champion team that answers emails and requests very quickly (shout out to Brittni!). The apartment is top of the line with regards to the kitchen appliances and built in washer dryer, excellent walk in closet, and a great, quiet location near Polaris. Quick positive blurbs: 1. 5 Stars! I have been living here for about a year and would definitely recommend the Grand at Polaris. The apartments are spacious, updated, and aesthetically pleasing. The community is always clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful. They also organize cool events for residents to take part in. Love the fitness center and pool as well. 5/5 stars

Friendly Staff I have lived here for 6 months. I just love it. The maintenance manager, and the girls in the office are friendly and very helpful. Its a must place to see if you're looking for a nice and quiet community.

Truly a Great Living Experience! Truly a great living experience! The units, service and amenities are some of the best I've seen! They really go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. Its also a great place for dog-owners!! Duke, Meredith and Brittney are so great ans helpful! I would recommend GAP to everyone!
