Great Community! Such a great community to live. Everything was always so easy and great . Like clock work every Monday the grounds were being maintained. In the winter often times the roads in the complex are cleaner than the main roads. I never ever ever one time felt like I burden. The team sincerely wants you to be happy.
Nice and quiet place. Grand at Polaris is a very good place to live. Close to shopping centers and services, a nice and quiet place. But the best thing is the great attention and service offered by Brittni and Kaylin. I really enjoy my stay at Grand at Polaris.
Great Place! I moved in about a month and a half ago and I am very happy with my decision to move into this community. The application process was easy and the two girls working at the clubhouse were very helpful with cable/internet setup, utilities etc. They also do a great job with maintaining the grounds.
love I moved from Ct. & looked on line for rents for months. I went to see various places but the rents were layered with all additional fees. I kept driving past the Grand entrance & finally made an appointment with Brittni. I explained what I wanted & she found the Best 2 bedroom flat Apt overlooking the Pond. I Love it! Great Place to Stay I been here like 4 months back and its very large place with attached garage for each apartment . This Community have fantastic club house and i am really enjoying the place

Great Place To Call Home! The Grand at Polaris is a wonderful apartment community! I am very noise-sensitive and have even encountered noisy situations in end-unit, ranch style apartments. However, I am very pleased with the construction here! I currently live in a second-floor one-bedroom unit, and I can honestly say that I never hear my neighbors, not even the washer/dryer.
