Beautiful apartments We went to visit this property and the staff was amazing!! The pool was the best and every apartment was spacious and well maintained
My dwelling place I am in my dwelling place, Grand at Polaris since last 2 months. Its been very exciting since me and my wife started search for a place in Columbus. When I visited the place for the first time, I couldn't believe that it was as it was shown on website. No ambiguity in any section of the house. Love my new place! Moved into a two story apartment, I really love it. I have never lived in a townhouse before, I was worried my utility bills would be very high because of how big my apartment is, but when I got my first bill it was very reasonable. It's very quiet and new, haven't had any issues and would definitely recommend to others.
Grand at Polaris Grand at Polaris is a lovely brand new apartment complex with everything me and my boyfriend could have wanted. A luxurious pool, an outdoor ping pong table, a workout center, a mini dog park and even an arcade room with classic arcade games and other games (air hockey, foosball, etc.)! It's filled with nice families and plenty of cute dogs which is the perfect environment for us. Not to mention it's located in Polaris which has so much to for us to do, eat and shop.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I lived here for over 3 years and once I moved out they charged me with all of their normal maintenance cost. OVER $1000.
