This is a wonderful place to buy a car and form a lasting automotive relationship. The staff REALLY cared about helping me choose the best vehicle to fit my needs. I will tell EVERYONE what a GREAT place Grand Prairie Ford is when they need to buy a car!!!!
I went to GP Ford to look at a car I found on their website. I was excited to find out that they're open until Midnight since I had after work and had my daughter with me. Plus, the dealership is pretty centrally located to Dallas or FW. From the time when I first arrived to after I purchased the vehicle I had a great experience. I brought it in for a engine noise issue. They said they stuck a bar scope in my motor. They never provided pictures or proof. They said there's metal in my engine. I don't have a check engine light. He said the only fix is a new engine $17,000.
Brought the truck for oil change and wheel rotation. Wheel rotation was not completed and I was not advised why or that it was not completed. In general service at this dealership is shady and unsatisfactory.
My Bronco was left unfinished when I got it back. I did not discover the issue until then next morning. My air clean was taken apart and not put back together.
I had an appointment 5-4 @ 11am. The link sent to my phone didn’t work. I showed up at my scheduled appointment and it didn’t show in your system. I proceeded to wait 4.5 hrs for an oil change and system recall update. Needless to say but I will take my business to another dealership. My service advisor was apologetic and he did his best he could do.

Even if your car is brand new, this dealership will up sale you on a service that your car or truck does not need and will not reveal the cost of the service until service is completed. They will blindside you with a huge repair bill.

I own a several Fords most likely I will have to bring it to a Ford dealership again so I rather just leave it there
