Sales was fine, but the finance experience was not. The finance representative misled us by saying one thing verbally and presenting different information in writing. I trusted what was said verbally, which I now realize was a mistake. For example, he told me verbally that my interest rate was 6.99%. I specifically remember expressing surprise that it wasn’t lower. In reality, he knew the interest rate was lower at 5.25%. To compensate for the lower rate, he added additional charges. Everything was good until i got done with the paperwork and the truck was pulled out of the car wash and it was covered with water stains and the manager says it's buy is after it could only be seen after the wash
The quality of the customer service needs to improve. Never try to get the customer to buy a vehicle that was not asked for. Never try to convince the customer to do anything they did not want.

Chad in Finance is not very well trained - he pushed back much too firmly when we asked for the car to be titled in Denton County causing us to be uncomfortable. Poor customer relations and communication.

Tried getting in contact through phone and email, but no response. Was given a key fob with no key inside, just wanted to know if they had a copy. When I call I'm told they're busy, or they forward me to a busy line.
