Mostly a good experience. Tony Mathias is a 5 star salesman. He is friendly, polite, and professional. The young woman who closed the sale was polite too but she spoke really fast. We're not happy that the overall cost of warranty was not disclosed and neither was sales contract explained thoroughly. The gentleman who delivered the truck to us before we left seemed like he was rushing so we were not as familiarized with the truck as we should have been.
