To start off describing my experience. Firstly, I drove from Houston and called Jackie 4 hours prior to my arrival and provided him all the details that he requested to process the paparwork. I had requested him that I am with my family so kindly keep everything ready so I do not have to wait long at the dealership. When I was an hour away I called him back and inquired if he received everything and he confirmed received. Sold me a broken vehicle. The are taking steps to rectify the issue however it is unresolved at this time, so I cannot rate higher

Buying a vehicle online requires trust, honesty, and transparency from the dealership. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. From start to finish, this process revealed a clear lack of integrity, poor communication, and disregard for customer satisfaction. Made contact with the dealership and on initial quote over $3k in undisclosed things were added to the truck, including me paying for the “reconditioning” of the truck they bought from someone else. That’s a first to me. In spite I drove over 3 hours to look at and drive. The truck was nice but had undisclosed damage that was found in inspection. Classic hidden fees dealer be aware of that. They will force you to buy unwanted accessories. Besides de fact that they overpriced those accessories. They pressure me to buy something that I don’t need, made feel uncomfortable, I went for a car not for accessories. at this point I don’t know how much cost what. Window tints 479 and 1000$ on wheel nuts and door edge guard? Besides the fact that at the end of the deal they “accidentally” increase my monthly payment $73 by accident.

Jorge was great, he dropped off my car, and picked up the trade in. The car had bottles under the seats. There was suppose to be a full tank of gas but it wasn't, because he dropped it off that Friday, it was not moved until Monday. So if they did it must have a gas leak. But it's all good.

Everything seemed great and they worked with me until the second I signed my contract. Prior to financing, I was told the vehicle would be at the dealership by the time I'm done financing. 45 minutes after I finish, I'm finally told that they won't have the vehicle that I ALREADY paid for until tomorrow. So I tell them I will be back at 3:30 the next day. I arrive at 3:25 and my salesperson and finance person are not here and the vehicle is "still being detailed."
