Appt was at 4pm. Yet I waited for over an hour and a half. What's the point of an appt for an oil change if it's going to take that long.

I came to get my oil changed didn’t have enough mileage, switch to doing my differential and transfer case and they didn’t have the oil. About a month ago I had an electrical problem with my Uconnect. You couldn’t fix it so I had to take it to the dealership down a month ago I had an electrical problem with my Uconnect. You couldn’t fix it so I had to take it to Waxahachie Dodge to get it fixed. Right now I’m wondering why I even bought a vehicle from you all.

Convinced me to ship my corvette from Florida to Texas and we signed a deal . As soon as it gets there tried to make a whole different deal with a different customer . I paid over 2500$ to do this and the whole dealership no matter who I spoke to was rude and didn't care . They ignored me . After spending all that money and they don't even give me the time of day

I dropped my car off on Tuesday. By Friday, my as still has not be looked at, diagnosed, or told what was wrong. I called, text, and left multiple message trying to check on my car. I had something important to do Saturday morning at 6am and needed my car. I asked for a temporary loaner due to the extended time. When they installed the new motor and new transmission, and then the new hoses. they should have noticed the leak coming from the radiator.

Setup purchase ahead of time. Cash purchase. Be there at 9:00am to pickup. Sebastian said check was fine. Drove 1.5 hours. Looked over truck. Signed paperwork & wrote check as agreed. Sebastian took to office came back said I needed to wire funds. On a Saturday.. Or cashier check from my bank! 3 hour drive to get cashiers check. Sebastian said he would fill up truck for the "inconvienience. He did not! They ran credit check on both of us for a CASH sale. I had a negative experience and feel misled. I specifically requested Ford Protect, but the dealer sold me a third‑party warranty, assuring me that it was the same and that “this is what all dealers sell.”After contacting Ford directly, I was informed that this warranty is NOT Ford Protect.Had I been given accurate information, I would not have agreed to this warranty. This was misleading and unprofessional.
