Grapevine Ford Lincoln was great! Jonathan, our salesperson, was just the best. His in depth knowledge of the different vehicles we considered was astounding. After we made our selection he even helped me connect my phone and patiently taught me about the car’s technical features. I was even able to call him with questions after we’d taken the car home. All the people at Grapevine Ford were just great!

The overall experience was very good. From the first interaction with Michael Massey over the phone till the final delivery process, he was a true professional.
