New Lincoln Corsair Sales staff are friendly and courteous. Answers questions quickly without giving you the runaround. I found them to be willing to work with you. Great selection of vehicles to choose from. Lots of colors and equipment packages.

Thanh is AWESOME to deal with! The guys at Grapevine Ford did awesome at getting me into a new truck! Cameron Hedblom and Thanh were great to deal with. They took no time to get all my paperwork in order and get my truck ready for pickup. I was in and out of the dealership in NO TIME. I had a great buying experience in a crazy market. Ordered a new car I could not find a mustang just as I wanted it, so I ordered on through Grapevine Ford. They kept me updated on the process and didn’t pressure me to pay up-front or even a deposit. When the car arrived, they did not insist on the typical dealership “add-ons” I did not want. Their finance dept offered me a very desirable rate. All in all, I’m very pleased and glad I ordered what wanted rather than buying what I could find.
