Ordered a new car I could not find a mustang just as I wanted it, so I ordered on through Grapevine Ford. They kept me updated on the process and didn’t pressure me to pay up-front or even a deposit. When the car arrived, they did not insist on the typical dealership “add-ons” I did not want. Their finance dept offered me a very desirable rate. All in all, I’m very pleased and glad I ordered what wanted rather than buying what I could find.

Overall Good w/ One Exception Overall, good experience. Sales and financing were to deal with. My complaint revolves around a single individual, Zack Ziba. He called me during negotiations and because of our short conversation, I almost didn’t purchase the vehicle. He’s the reason I rated the dealer a 4 star rather than 5 star.
