Thanh is AWESOME to deal with! The guys at Grapevine Ford did awesome at getting me into a new truck! Cameron Hedblom and Thanh were great to deal with. They took no time to get all my paperwork in order and get my truck ready for pickup. I was in and out of the dealership in NO TIME. I had a great buying experience in a crazy market. I have to especially commend Thanh on his hard work getting me a great deal, and going above and beyond in every way!!!

Ordered a new car I could not find a mustang just as I wanted it, so I ordered on through Grapevine Ford. They kept me updated on the process and didn’t pressure me to pay up-front or even a deposit. When the car arrived, they did not insist on the typical dealership “add-ons” I did not want. Their finance dept offered me a very desirable rate. All in all, I’m very pleased and glad I ordered what wanted rather than buying what I could find.
