Made car buying less stressful than usual Andrew and Cliff made buying my new truck extremely easy, without the stress that usually accommodates purchasing a new car. Great sales experience Tram, William, and Andrew were fantastic! Buying a car is never what I would call a fun experience but they made it extremely easy and pain free! They answered all our questions and were very upfront with information in terms of their sales process. We did not feel pressured at any time. Tram was very helpful in getting us all the things we needed for our car and negotiations felt extremely fair, honest, and polite. I would very highly recommend this dealership!

Good Experience Overall a good experience and I had a very good and patient Sales Rep named Matt. Only thing that I didn’t care for was the hand off time from agreeing to the deal to finance department when I had my own set up which seemed to take longer than the sales process.

Fantastic experience at Grapevine Ford Both the sales associate and the finance manager Andrew were great to work with. They were very professional, clear and knowledgeable on both the vehicle as well as the finance process. They were extremely welcoming and were the epitome of professionalism. They were more than willing to work with me as far as scheduling and I am very grateful for that. Im looking forward to picking up my truck!
