Go to Grapevine Ford!! From start to finish, we had an amazing experience with the people of Grapevine Ford. Francisco Mendez is a phenomenal sales associate and the finance department was equally as helpful. Shoutout to Dru Kaba and Thann Nyguen on the back end for getting a deal structured and funded less than 3 hours of entering the door…finance department of the year. I would highly recommend this dealership and praise the transparency that they bring to your transaction.

Excellent service Purchased a Mach E from Grapevine Ford. When we started getting closer to the delivery date, our representative gave us frequent updates and was extremely responsive when we would call for updates, and helped us optimize our trade in offer (thanks Keaton!). An absolutely amazing experience! Just got home with my car! Love it!!! Tony, the salesperson, made the experience sooo easy. He answered all my questions and alloyed any concern I had. I highly recommend that you ask for him. Also, Willie, of the Finance Department was absolutely wonderful. There was not a question that I had that he didn't answer. I'm going back to Grapevine when my lease is up.
